\n How to connect 9900M to a MacBook\/ PC\/ Laptop via Bluetooth?\n \n \n \n <\/svg>\n <\/span>\n <\/h3>\n

Keyboard:
\n1. Slide the device switch to select the channel (1, 2, or 3) on which your device is connected.
\n2. Keep pressing the Bluetooth pairing button until the status LED starts to flash slowly.
\nThe keyboard is discoverable for 60 seconds.
\n3. Complete Bluetooth pairing on your device. When the keyboard and your device are paired, the status LED turns off.<\/p>\n

Mouse:
\n1. Turn on the mouse. The device light starts to blink rapidly.
\n2. Press the device switch button to select the device channel.
\n3. Keep pressing the device switch button at least 3 seconds to Bluetooth pairing.
\n4. Connect mouse with your Bluetooth device. Blinking stops.<\/p>\n

Bluetooth pairing Windows\u00ae 7 and 8:
\n1. Click the \u00ab\u00a0Start\u00a0\u00bb button, then select Control Panel > Add a device

It is not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
\nThis is because during production the product and the Nano USB receiver (dongle) are assigned a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver. This production process is also performed for security reasons.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n I just bought it and cannot find the USB receiver. Where is it?\n \n \n \n <\/svg>\n <\/span>\n <\/h3>\n

The USB receiver is stored inside the battery compartment of the mouse. The special receiver storage compartment is located there so you can always store the dongle safely when not in use to prevent damage or loss.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all. What can I do?\n \n \n \n <\/svg>\n <\/span>\n <\/h3>\n

1. Use a mousepad or a piece of paper to check if the surface may be the reason.

\n3. If the PC\/ laptop cannot initially recognize the USB receiver, please replug the receiver.
\n4. Check if the battery is installed correctly.
\n5. In case of a low battery, please try changing the battery.
\n6. Move other working wireless devices away from the mouse and the USB receiver.
\n7. Please keep away from walls or big objects because this may reduce the range.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
